Shipping & Returns

The shop is currently coming soon. This page sets out the initial approach for physical artwork sold directly through the shop. Final delivery charges and service details will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

UK delivery

UK delivery will be offered initially. The delivery method and packaging are selected according to the work’s size, framing, materials, and value. Paintings, framed works, and collages may require different packaging.

Packaging and transit

Artwork is dispatched from the studio using a specialist art-shipping service. Unframed deep-edge work is protected around its painted edges, while framed or glazed work is packed to protect the frame and surface.

Deliveries are tracked and may require a signature. Any transit cover is arranged by Kika and is subject to the terms and exclusions of the delivery service used. Customers do not need to arrange separate cover.

Delivery charges and timing

Delivery charges and estimated timing will be confirmed before dispatch and may vary according to the work and destination. The final delivery service and any relevant instructions will be provided before an order is accepted.

Damage or loss in transit

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact Kika promptly at info@kikapierides.com with photographs of the artwork and its packaging. Please keep all packaging until the matter has been resolved. Kika will manage the delivery-service claim and arrange the appropriate next steps.

Returns

For online UK orders, customers generally have 14 days from delivery to tell Kika that they wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the work. The work should be handled only as necessary to inspect it and must be returned safely. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods. Any applicable exceptions, including for personalised or custom-made work, will be explained before purchase.

Separate terms

This Shipping & Returns policy applies only to physical paintings, collages, and other artwork sold directly through Kika's shop. It does not apply to image licensing or Fabric by the Metre.

Image licensing is handled through Bridgeman Images. Each available work links to its relevant Bridgeman Images listing, where the licence options and applicable terms are shown. Licensing purchases are subject to Bridgeman Images’ terms.

Fabric by the Metre is ordered and paid for through Kika’s online store. The store sets out the delivery, cancellation, returns and refund terms that apply to fabric orders. Those terms are separate from this artwork shipping policy.
